The difference is hard.

Carlton Dry Hard Lager has been specially brewed to maintain the smooth taste of its original older brother, yet is still low in bitterness. It’s an uncomplicated beer, with one small difference – now at 6.5% alcohol volume.

Aroma and Taste

Deep golden colour, malty with moderate fruity nose that follows through to the palate and finishes with a subtle bitterness and soft warmth.

Food Match

The warmth of the higher ABV lends itself to heartier dishes such as chilli con carne.
